I’m a former track & field athlete and now consider myself a hybrid athlete. Fitness has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. As a child and teen I was very active which translated over into my adult life. I enjoy sports and activities such as gymnastics, volleyball, boxing, track, swimming, yoga, pilates, weightlifting, plyometrics, and so much more. I began my fitness journey in 2019 by staying consistent in my track and field workouts for the sake of maintaining my health post high school sports. I decided to up it a notch and take fitness seriously by beginning weightlifting exercises and a high variety of fitness activities outside of my cardio routine. I want to help those who need guidance and motivation to better themselves. I have been training for 3 years now, & I always tell people that fitness is a lifelong investment to your body your mental health and quality of life. Our bodies are our greatest asset; we should all do our part in taking care of them!
