I was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Texas when I was a teenager. I attended school at The College of Healthcare Professions in Austin, Texas. I got certified as a lifetime American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA) Certified Personal Trainer in 2022.
My passion for fitness began through my love for sports and developed myself as an athlete for basketball. My approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training. I’d love to establish long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness for daily life.

I was born in England and moved around during my younger years living in locations such as Nigeria, Egypt and Bahrain finally ending up in Texas. I'm married to an Austinite. After retiring from Texas A&M after 33 years of Service, I’m happy to say we are now living locally. I also have an adult son, who still resides in College Station.
I have always had a passion for fitness, particularly lifting weights. While I started in sports young, swimming and track, I moved to weightlifting as a young adult and as an older adult trained in Muay Thai, and later got involved in Modern Arnis and other martial arts, which lead me to compete in point sparring and specialty kata with a sword, for which I ranked and placed in Texas. However, my heart and mind always find most peace in the weight room first and foremost.
I hope to motivate, inspire and support others because if we take a little time for ourselves we can often find it helps us navigate challenges that come our way!

I am originally from Arkansas, and I started exercising around the age of 10 to repurpose all of my leftover energy from long days of sitting still in school. At eighteen, I became a NASM certified personal trainer and worked at my local gym. From there, I earned bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology, and played for their regional champion club rugby team for 4 years. I then joined the Marine Corps and lived in North Carolina and Okinawa for my time as a Supply Officer.
I have accrued 26 years of personal/professional experience in hypertrophy, strength, power, endurance, calisthenics, and HIIT training.
I’m a firm believer in the importance of exercise being as vigorously enjoyable as possible to promote enthusiastic consistency and adherence to the program. I’m also a steadfast proponent of the mental and emotional health benefits of exercise, to which I can personally attest. I eagerly anticipate building you a personalized program that you can look forward to!

I have been in the fitness industry for nearly 3 decades! I’m a former competitive swimmer, college volleyball player, and National Team Show-Jumper.
I spent 10 years in Warsaw, Poland where I grew very passionate about Olympic Weightlifting and Russian Kettlebell Sport. I was fortunate to train with Olympic Lifters, The World’s Strongest man, and the Master of Sport (RKC), and carried these skills back to Austin with me in 2005 when I started my training business. I programmed for 100's of athletes worldwide.
I specialize in Strength & Conditioning, Plyometrics, Bodybuilding, and Weight Loss and have had the opportunity to travel the country building gyms and conducting several clinics.
For 10+ years I programmed for “The Fittest on Earth”, winning Gold and at the CrossFit Games. I wrote articles for several popular fitness magazines over my career. As a mom of three myself, I worked with other women over a span of 5 years as a Certified Doula in Pre and Post-Partum care.

I was born & raised in the Boston area where I started my fitness career 25 years ago as a personal trainer and competed in the INBF for women’s natural bodybuilding. I then attended Concorde Dental School for pediatric hygiene and orthodontics and pursued that career path for 5 years before returning to my ultimate passion, fitness. I moved to Florida and became manager of Anytime Fitness for 8 years. My husband and I followed our son out to the Dallas area where I then coached boot camp for 4 years. I recently arrived to the Austin area and am excited to reprise my role as manager of Anytime Fitness. My philosophy has remained steadfast throughout the years, if you don’t have your health, nothing else matters! The relationships I have with my members is what drives my passion. Helping my members look forward to coming in to get healthier, stronger & more energetic, and then seeing their confidence soar makes me so happy and I know I did my job.

I was born in Corpus Christi but grew up in the Seguin/San Antonio area. I have always been involved in athletics, competing in Football, Track, Baseball, and Dancing. I attended San Antonio College, upon graduation I worked in EMS for American Medical Response. I have always loved health and fitness and am excited to be part of the Anytime Fitness Family. I myself have been on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to being overweight and in great shape, so I can truly sympathize with anyone going through the hardships of staying in good health. I’m very hands on so if you are ever in need of help, reach out!

I was born and raised in Wisconsin and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health Education. After college I moved to Venezuela to teach and to be the Athletic Director at a K-12 International school. It’s been over 12 years now that I moved back and started working for Anytime Fitness! Sports and physical activity have played an important role in my life and I love learning new ways to be healthy and fit. I’m excited to learn, grow, and meet new goals with each and every one of you!
