I am a recent graduate from the University of Victoria with a BA in Psychology, with a particular interest in Health Psychology and the effects of health, wellness, and exercise on mental health. I have life-long experience in team sports, including, hockey, basketball, and lacrosse in which I played professionally in the National Lacrosse League with the Vancouver Warriors. I also have over 5 years of experience in many different types of exercise (athletic development, powerlifting, strength training etc.) and am extremely passionate about exercise and the potential benefits it can have on all aspects of someone's life. Keely is a second-year student at Camosun College studying Kinesiology in hopes to one day help others achieve their fitness goals with minimal limitations! She fell in love with sports at a very young age of 2 years old and later played at a competitive level in volleyball, softball, and basketball throughout her teens. Fitness has always been a huge part of Keely’s life and a passion she wants to share with everyone. She is ISSA Certified Personal trainer and has her CPR, AED, and General First Aid and is on her way to getting her Kinesiology Degree.
