Hey, I’m Samantha, I’m 22 years old and a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness! I’m very passionate about helping clients reach all kinds of fitness goals, with a strong focus on muscle building and strength training. Growing up, I played a variety of sports, which helped build my passion for fitness and staying active. When starting a new chapter in my life during first year university, the gym became an important outlet for both my physical and mental health, and it’s something I’ve continued to prioritize strongly in my everyday routine. I want my clients to experience that same feeling of accomplishment, confidence, and pride that comes from staying consistent, pushing themselves, and ultimately achieving their goals!

Hello my name is Jake Byrne I’m 23, and I’m the manager at Anytime Fitness Uxbridge. I’m an Uxbridge resident and moved here to live with my wonderful girlfriend. . I’m a family orientated person, and I view the Uxbridge fitness community as an extension of my family.. My fitness journey started at 17 when I was 340 pounds and looking to make a positive change in my life. I had always been self conscious about my appearance and wanted to be better. Within 1 and 1/2 years I had lost 130lbs, I still craved to look better, feel better and function better. I integrated more weight training and emphasized building muscle instead of just losing fat and from there I haven’t looked back. I have learned a lot about fitness and I’m extremely excited to share the knowledge I have accumulated with you. If you ever feel like you need help with something or just someone to listen I’m more the pleased to do so. I’m beyond excited to help Uxbridge get fit and stay Fit!
