Taking the years of training and guidance from many friends in the industry I decided to take a leap of faith into helping change the lives of others the way fitness has changed me. I've had the pleasure to train a few of my friends during the years which helped me realize that I could turn my passion into something much greater. Obtained my personal training certification back in November of 2025 with 2026 being the year to kick start my personal training career. Favorite workout: Pull day Why am I passionate about fitness? Fitness has been an outlet for me for so many years. Not being active on a daily basis I feel like my whole day is off. Fitness isn't only about the physical aspects but the mental aspects as well. You can change your body and your mind in so many ways that can be life changing. Fitness not only has been my outlet but has also helped me build great relationships with people that are as passionate about fitness as I am.

I completed a two-year Fitness and Health Promotion program from 2016–2018 and have continued expanding my education through certifications in personal training, sports nutrition, group fitness, and strength training, including CanFitPro PTS, CSCPT, and ISSN Sports Nutritionist certifications. My coaching style is rooted in strength training, with a strong emphasis on proper technique and progressive overload. I love the big three lifts: squat, bench press and deadlift. I pride myself on creating a positive, motivating environment and meeting clients with the energy and support they need to build confidence, resilience and long term lifestyle change. Favorite workout: Bench press is my favorite lift! Why am I passionate about fitness? When I was 14 I got my first gym membership and fell in love with it immediately. I wanted to be STRONG. I wanted to lift heavy and push my limits. That passion has stayed with me for over 15 years and has grown into a career I'm proud of. Being able to do what I love everyday, while helping others fall in love with fitness as well, is truly something I don't take for granted.
