His coaching style is concise yet motivational, creating an environment where clients can thrive while bettering themselves. Aaron holds an Upper Body Mastery Certification from The Exercise Therapy Association, further enhancing his expertise in fitness. When not in the gym, Aaron enjoys relaxing with a good TV series and is always open to new recommendations!

Derek takes a structured, adaptive, and supportive approach to coaching, meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward clear, achievable goals—whether building strength, improving body composition, or maximizing results through efficient programming. He specializes in strength training, muscle building, and fat loss, delivering practical, results-driven workouts that fit real life. His philosophy is simple: training should be purposeful, sustainable, and free of unnecessary complexity. Outside the gym, Derek stays active through strength training, long walks, and hiking. What sets him apart is his ability to create a welcoming, confidence-building environment for all experience levels, helping clients move from their first workout to lasting results.

Troy is a certified personal trainer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in functional strength training, exercise therapy, and building sustainable routines. He holds the Exercise Therapy Association (Lower Body Mastery) certification and is a certified Personal Training Specialist. Troy’s coaching style is supportive, structured, and focused on helping clients move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent long-term. Joonho Lee is a coach known for his direct, informative, and encouraging style. He specializes in applying exercise physiology to bodybuilding, athletic training, and general fitness, helping clients train with purpose and clarity. His approach focuses on turning science into practical strategies that deliver real results. He stays active through track cycling, walking, and strength training, reflecting his balanced approach to health. Joonho’s favorite part of coaching is seeing clients progress week to week while building habits for long-term success. He’s also passionate about debunking strength training myths using science-backed evidence, empowering clients to train smarter and more effectively.

Nathan is a certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness that began at just twelve years old. With a diverse background in sports, especially basketball, Nathan has stayed active throughout his life. After wrapping up his REP basketball career, he shifted his focus to muscle building and functional movement, and you’ll often find him in the gym, pushing himself with the knowledge he's gained over the years. Currently, Nathan is pursuing a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of Toronto, with aspirations of becoming a physiotherapist. He remains dedicated to staying active, balancing basketball, various sports, and weight training to maintain an optimal, sustainable lifestyle. As a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness, Nathan is excited to use his expertise to help members achieve their fitness goals and become their best selves just as he achieved.
