Hi there! I'm Jared a 22 year old fitness trainer with a lifelong passion for staying active and pushing my limits. I grew up playing hockey and competed at the junior level, which built my mindset around staying consistent with training, and training with intensity. Being an athlete taught me the importance of training with purpose, taking care of your body, and staying committed even when things get tough. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and what started as training for sport has turned into something I love and want to share with people. Now I bring that same energy into every session. Whether you're just getting started or looking to take your training to the next level, I'm here to help you build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that actually fit your lifestyle.

Hey there! I'm Dominika, an avid runner and fitness enthusiast with a passion for pushing my limits and achieving new milestones. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to the world of endurance sports, particularly 10 km runs and half-marathon running. In addition to long-distance running, I have also ventured into the world of fitness competitions. I took on the challenge, trained diligently, and competed with fierce determination. Through hard work and discipline, I achieved the incredible feat of placing in a fitness competition. This experience taught me the importance of setting goals, embracing challenges, and never underestimating the power of determination. Alongside my personal achievements, I am passionate about inspiring others to embrace an active lifestyle, push their boundaries, and discover their own potential.
