Katie has been working within the fitness industry for over 10 years. She has travelled around the world helping people from all walks of life, with their health and fitness. Her goal as a professional personal trainer and online coach is to help women live a healthier, happier and longer life.
Katie will help you accelerate and achieve your personal goals by devising a tailored plan to implement healthy, balanced, habitual changes to maintain lifelong results. Russell is a keen, dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Trainer. After loosing weight himself in his late teens, it inspired him to get into the world of Health and Fitness. He has now been in the fitness industry for 23 years and worked at many gyms in the area.
Fun Fact: He has a RIDICULOUS toy collection!

Owen

My coaching is built around Discipline. Resilience. Ownership. I teach people how to train properly, safely, and with purpose, so they leave knowing what they are doing and why. Sessions are calm and structured, but when it is time to push, I am right there with you. I work with adults aged 18–45, including beginners, returners, and overweight individuals who are ready to commit to change. My focus is sustainable progress, not quick wins.
Fun fact: I previously worked as a forensic scientist, so attention to detail and doing things properly is in my DNA.

Lauryn is our Membership Advisor and is currently working towards her Level 2 and Level 3 Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer qualifications. If you have any membership or fitness queries, then don't hesitate to give Lauryn a shout! Fun fact: Lauryn competed in gymnastics & street dance when she was younger and has ALOT of medals to show for it!

Manager
Chloe is our Fitness Manager. She has worked in the Fitness Industry for the last 14 years, with the last 7 years being at Anytime Fitness Telford. Health and fitness is her passion and she loves helping people achieve their goals, improve their well-being, and lead healthier lives. Throughout her career she has been dedicated to empowering others through fitness and guiding them to be the best version of themselves.
Fun Fact: Chloe had regional football trials for England when she was 16.

Regional Manager
Chris joined Anytime Fitness Telford having completed a BSC honours degree In sports science at Worcester University.
With other qualifications in nutrition and physiology and a passion for health and fitness Chris has been with us from our opening day and is as passionate about the club and it's members today as he was when we opened. Chris is always on hand to help in any way he can.
Fun Fact: Chris has sports coaching bagdes in Football, Cricket, Netball, Handball Volleyball and Wheelchair Basketball
