While attaining my degree in psychology, I got to shadow various professionals, such as kinesiologists and physiotherapists. I grew up active in sports like hockey and golf, and after a brief break from exercise, I discovered a true passion for health and fitness that shaped my career path. As an Infofit and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and a Kinesiology graduate from UBC, I take a holistic approach to training. I specialize in injury recovery, sport-specific performance, bodybuilding, and strength & conditioning, always focusing on safe and effective progress for all experience levels. My goal is simple: to meet you where you are, guide you toward your personal goals, and help you move better, grow stronger, and make fitness a sustainable part of your life.
