Hey Anytimers! Most of you have seen me in the office for a while now, but I have finally got my
personal training certificate! My fitness journey started with competitive dance, which I did for
ten years, but when I started working here, my fitness journey in the gym began. Being in this
environment has been so motivating and I want to start contributing to that motivation for our
members. My goal as a personal trainer is to make everyone feel comfortable and confident in
our gym! I want to help you with what you need and what you want to work on. While working
here I am also attending Simon Fraser University to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.

Hey, I'm Shawn! Since 1997, I've had the pleasure to be self-employed in the health & fitness industry as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. My main focus & lifelong passion has been helping individuals develop their physical strength, from youth clients all the way to advanced age clients. There's no age limit to building superior strength!
Whether you're seeking to get stronger, gain muscle mass, reduce body fat, improve your cardiovascular output, improve mobility, or need post-rehabilitative exercises, I am here to help and support you from start to finish. From opening big box gyms across Ontario to combining a small private gym with a rehab center, my focus is to ensure that every member is getting a fun, engaging and effective workout every time they enter our space. My team and I want to build you fitness knowledge, its not good enough for us to just show you how to exercises. We are going to teach you the method behind the madness, focusing on functional training and teaching you how to move your body in the most efficient way possible.
