Michela was born and lived in Tuscany, Italy, until 2019 when she moved to Hamilton. She is a bundle of energy and sure to get you excited to workout! She has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years starting as a fitness and aqua-fitness instructor back in Italy. She is now qualified as Fitness Instructor Specialist, Personal Trainer Specialist with Canfitpro, as well as Women’s Coaching Specialist with Girls Gone Strong. Continuing education is one of the most important things to Michela so that she can always offer the best service possible to her clients. Michela loves helping all of her clients crush their goals; whether they are aiming to lose weight, or build muscle, she can't wait to help make you the healthiest and strongest version of yourself!

Hayley is our certified nutritionist and also a personal trainer! This young woman is here for YOU! If you need anything at all, she's your girl! Hayley loves helping her clients form positive relationships with food & fitness and loves guiding changes to their everyday habits. She's had a long standing passion for fitness and the gym and has had incredible success working with a trainer herself.

Aqui is one of the happiest people you will ever meet! Her vibrance and good energy radiates throughout the gym whenever she is in the building! Aqui started in the fitness industry when she started working at the YMCA when she was just 15 years old. Since then she has been working out regularly, competed in a body-building competition, and completed her kinesiology degree! As a Registered Kinesiologist, she enjoys working with all ages, can provide injury and mobility support, and help you build strength! Along with Kinesiology, Aqui is currently enrolled in the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where she will take her knowledge even further!

Liam is a dedicated strength and conditioning professional with over 20 years of high-level sports experience and 15 years of weight training. After a successful career in finance—including roles with a big-five bank and a private equity firm—he shifted his focus to his true passions: helping others and building strength.
A CSCS-certified coach, Liam emphasizes transparency, comfort, and confidence for clients of all experience levels. He is committed to guiding individuals toward their best physical and mental performance through evidence-based training and genuine support.
