The gym has always been his foundation, teaching him that true progress comes from consistency, discipline, and embracing the journey. Chase’s mission is simple: to become the best version of himself while helping you become the best version of yours. Whether your goal is building strength, improving confidence, or creating sustainable healthy habits, he’s committed to guiding and supporting you every step of the way.

Antonio is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who is passionate about helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies. He works with athletes, busy professionals, and everyday lifters — meeting each client where they are and building programs that truly fit their lifestyle. His training style emphasizes intelligent strength training, proper movement mechanics, and long-term, sustainable results. Antonio believes fitness should enhance your life — not leave you feeling burnt out or overwhelmed. His goal is to help you train with purpose, stay consistent, and enjoy the process every step of the way.

Michelle is a 28-year-old personal trainer and EMT-B for Kanawha County with a pre-med biology degree. A lifelong athlete, she played NCAA Division II softball and earned a national title during her collegiate career. Outside the gym, Michelle enjoys hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, rollerblading, and traveling the state for charity softball events. She is passionate about helping others adopt fitness as a lifestyle and believes that becoming stronger and healthier is one of the most empowering choices a person can make. Her mission is to help clients build lasting habits that support long-term health and disease prevention.

With five years of professional experience and more than 20 years of fitness knowledge, he helps clients build strength, move better, and enhance performance through customized, results-driven training programs. Lauren is a former USS Strongwoman hailing from the foothills of Kentucky. She joined the Anytime Fitness family in February 2021 and currently serves as Manager of the Teays Valley location as well as Marketing Director for our other local franchises. Passionate about fitness, community, and helping others reach their goals, Lauren brings energy and dedication to everything she does. When she’s not at the gym, you can find her sipping coffee, crafting, or cuddling with her Pitbull, Ronald.
