Hi, I’m Justin, and I'm excited to be coaching here at Anytime Fitness.
I’ve been active my whole life—first as a collegiate soccer player, and now I mostly focus on resistance training (though I’m planning to dive into swimming soon). The best part of my job is hearing about real-life functional and health improvements from my clients—whether it’s less pain, more strength, or being able to do something they couldn’t before.
I’m a bit of a science nerd at heart. I love learning about human physiology and kinesiology, with a particular interest in metabolic health and how we can address chronic diseases through non-pharmaceutical interventions. If you’ve ever got questions about how the body works, I’m your guy—I’ll happily talk about it all day.
And here’s a fun fact: before working at Anytime Fitness, I was a ranch hand—fencing, mucking, haying, herding… you name it. I’ve even been a cow midwife, reaching shoulder-deep to help deliver a calf.

Hello, my name is Sarah!
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have worked with a wide variety of clients with all types of different goals (weight loss, muscle gain, general physical wellness, specific athletic goals)! I have loved health and fitness practically my whole life being the type of person who can't sit still. I am passionate about running, gymnastics, stretching/mobility, calisthenics, muscle building, the art of feeling your best and would love to help anyone who'd like to learn more about these things. My biggest goal as a trainer is to help others get the goals they desire and learn to enjoy the process throughout. Other small facts about me: I'm a newly wed and had knee reconstructive surgery as of 2021. I love to: sing, try new things, go on hikes, drink coffee, and love to make people smile!
I am so excited to get to know everyone here and spread encouragement along the way! :)

I have always loved working out in some form or another. However, throughout my life, I have had setbacks where I could not be active. During those times I often had weight gains of 10 to 20 lbs, which would take me into the doldrums making it hard to find the desire to push myself to get back into a healthy lifestyle. It took persistence to get back into a groove of exercise.
A significant shift happened when I found Anytime Fitness in Southbridge. It slowly became my home for self-therapy. I was working out in a way that I had never done before. I realized how working out is good for the brain! Eventually, I started working with one of the coaches at AF which led to so many accomplishments in that first year! My first-ever push-up and chin-up and even back squats with a barbell on my back! I was thrilled with the support I received
I decided I needed to give back to others what I received, by becoming a Coach myself. Working together to make your life strong and healthy!

Over the years I've experienced being a coach & personal trainer, as well as being on the other side as a client, so I understand what it’s like to seek help to improve your fitness and nutrition.
I understand how it feels to walk into the gym after a long lay-off from being active.
I understand how it feels to tell a stranger about your struggles with health, fitness and/or nutrition.
After experiencing what it’s like to be both a coach and a client, I believe personal training and coaching is about more than helping you with your nutrition and fitness. I believe it is about really listening and understanding what your goals are, helping guide you in creating a plan to meet your goals, and working together as a team to ensure you achieve your goals!
