Kristi
Alexander-Stef

Trainer
Kristi has been with the Anytime Fitness brand since 2017, working in Saskatoon and Kindersley as both a trainer and a spin instructor. She started her fitness journey in her teens with competitive dance, and found her love for movement. After sustaining a few injuries, she had to put away her pointe shoes and picked up some weights. This is where she found her passion. She continued to compete in two provincial physique competitions in the bikini category. Growing her knowledge and finding her balance between health, fitness and lifestyle. She drives to help others do the same for their goals.
Kristi is currently working towards her Nutrition Degree at the U of S. When she isn't on the floor, she likes to relax with her animals or cook in the kitchen . In the summer she enjoys being outside doing a variety of activities like camping, hiking and skydiving. In the winters she can be found curled up with a good book or snowboarding.
Rylan
Rennie

Trainer
I began my fitness journey in 2021 after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, starting at just 105 lbs, and quickly discovered a passion that would reshape my life. Since early 2023, I’ve been training with the goal of becoming a bodybuilder, driven by a constant desire to chase my full potential and see how far I can push myself.
In 2025, I took another step forward by joining Anytime Fitness, continuing to build both my physique and mindset. One of my biggest goals is to eventually compete in the classic physique division, proving to myself that dedication and consistency pay off. I live by the belief that life’s too short not to try and you can do anything you put your mind towards, which fuels everything I do both inside and outside the gym.
Outside of fitness, I enjoy superheroes—especially Spider-Man—along with Star Wars and anything related to history, overall I continue to strive to be my best self.
Jamie
Schaan

Trainer
Jamie started with Anytime Fitness back in 2016. She left to spend time working at a physiotherapy clinic learning as much as she can about body mechanics, imbalances and injury prevention.
Jamie is a Nationally qualified Bikini Competitor but has in recent years moved her focus away from training for aesthetics and more towards training for gaining as much strength and building as much muscle as possible.
Fun Fact: Jamie did not begin her fitness journey until the age of 30. She truly believes that is is NEVER too late to start. “Now is better than never. No matter what stage of life you’re in, your 20’s, 40’s, 70’s … you will never regret starting”
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Relax with a cup of tea watching true crime documentaries snuggled up with my pup.
Aislyn
O'Handley

Staff
Aislyn joined Anytime Fitness in 2026. She is currently enrolled at the University of Saskatchewan taking sociology. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking and staying active with her family and friends!
Reese
Day

Manager
Reese has been a member at Anytime Fitness since 2022 and became a staff member in
2023. She is currently studying Clinical Psychology and Criminology at the University of
Saskatchewan, but in her free time, she tries to always be in the gym!
Reese played basketball competitively for 13 years, and after high school, she decided to switch to coaching and hitting the gym to stay in shape.
If she’s not in the library or the gym, you can find Reese spending time with friends or
hanging out at home with her black lab Charlie, and her cat Rosie. In the upcoming years,
Reese hopes to complete her degrees, and get stronger!
Sherry
Marcoux

Manager
Sherry has been a part of the Anytime Fitness since 2017. She is our Head Coach for our University Heights, Evergreen and Stonebridge location as well as training her clientele. She also manages both social media accounts for all our clubs!!
Aside from her personal training certification, she has other credentials that she’s achieved: Fitness Nutrition, Senior Fitness, PPSC, PPSC Kettlebell Training, PPSC Landmine and PPSC Pain Free Mobility. She’s constantly learning and educating herself as she has such a strong passion in wanting to help people live actively and be pain free.
When Coach isn’t at the gym, she’s with her family. Her loving and supportive husband Jordan and their children, Amauro, Iyania and Madi keep her on her toes. It’s always an adventure, full of surprises and Never a dull moment.
Abby
Spence

Manager
Abby became a staff member at Anytime Fitness in 2023. She is currently enrolled in the College of Kinesiology at the U of S. Abby has always loved being busy so she has tried a variety of sports including ringette, dance, volleyball, soccer and track. She has also done training in a variety of gyms for about 6 years now.
In her free time now she loves spending time with her friends, family and her 3 golden retrievers! She hopes to spend some time backpacking in the upcoming years.


Abby
van Steenbergen

Manager
Growing up, Abby played whatever sport she and her siblings could find a ball for, turning the backyard into the ultimate stadium. She also played in a soccer league, until later realizing she should be using her height to her advantage. She played basketball in middle school, and settled on volleyball as her favourite in high school. In University, she stepped into the dorm's basement gym and it was love at first sight, despite its dungeon-like design. Since then, Abby has continued to grow her active lifestyle between the gym, landscaping jobs, and is studying Kinesiology.
In Abby’s life, the gym provided a path for Abby to grow her confidence and commitment to herself. It also led her to new friendships, and a sense of belonging she wishes to share. Abby believes everyone deserves a place in the world of fitness and to feel proud of every accomplishment, big or small. She is convinced that exercise is a great mood booster and a key aspect of holistic health.
Erin
Dunn

Owner
Erin has always been involved with organizations that help people develop and improve their skills. As a leader with Girl Guides she helped young women come into their own and gain confidence in their abilities.
Erin has enjoyed being active since her childhood. She has a love of dance and participated in many school sports including basketball and track and field. She also loves getting outdoors whether to walk her dog April or for a more substantial overnight hike.
She joined Anytime Fitness as a client in 2019 hoping to improve her physical fitness and live a healthier lifestyle. She has seen success with the training program and hopes to share that with members at the club.
Erin recently had her first child with her husband Nick. They hope to share their love of fitness with their son Cohen as he grows up. When not at the gym Erin also enjoys reading and spending time at the lake with her family.
Steven
Lam

Owner
Steven is one of the owners at Anytime Fitness University Heights where their goal is to support each of their members towards a healthier place.
A large part of his life is spent in the office educating and helping others achieve financial stability as a Certified Financial Planner. When not found in the office or at the gym Steven, his wife Yan, sons Aiden and Conor enjoy traveling to experience and learn about different cultures from around the world.
He is strongly passionate in helping others become the best versions of themselves because he believes that healthy people achieve better results in all aspects of life.
Jordan
Marcoux

Owner
As our GM, Jordan possesses a variety of experiences and skills. In his 20's, he operated a roofing company for nearly 10 years in Saskatoon. In 2013 he also received his B.COMM Management Degree from the U of S. In 2016 Jordan became a certified personal trainer and worked with numerous clients until 2024.
Though he no longer has time to be a personal trainer, he still has a huge passion for everything Anytime Fitness and loves seeing the lifechanging impact our gyms can have on our members! You will see him working in the office, cleaning or doing equipment maintenance!
Some of Jordan's favorite things include his wife (Sherry, our Head Coach), road trips, camping, glasses of bourbon, and the Pittsburgh Steelers! They also have 3 children whom you may see "working" with mom and dad in the gym from time to time!
Nicholas
Popoff

Owner
Nick started his journey with Anytime Fitness as a training client and quickly found success. He has seen first hand the benefits of a consistent healthy lifestyle and looks forward to helping members get on that same path to success.
Nick spends his time as a financial planner. He graduated with a finance degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014 and holds a Certified Financial Planner designation. Nick has a passion for educating people on an ever changing financial world and helping them with their financial strategy.
Nick has always enjoyed being part of a team whether it's through work, volunteer opportunities, or his time spent as an auxiliary firefighter. When not at work or the gym Nick can often be found in the garage working on his latest vehicle project. He also loves spending time at the lake with his wife Erin and son Cohen, and on the boat reeling in fish when he can.
