Sports and fitness have been my way of life since I was a kid; they were my escape. I started lifting at the gym when I was 15 to get bigger and stronger because I was a twig playing rugby back then. It also has gotten me through the hardest times in life and has become like a second home. Soon after I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in personal training. After so many sports injuries, I also want to pursue a career in Sports Medicine. Fun fact: Growing up Goku was my greatest motivator to train harder every day and to never back down from a challenge.

I used to struggle with my weight and motivation until I joined my high school football team. This is where I fell in love with becoming the best version of myself. I hope to positively influence the lives of others both inside and outside the gym.

A few years ago, I sustained an injury which changed my perspective on physical health and fitness. Prior to that, I was active and loved swimming and practicing yoga. My doctor and physical therapist recommended I start working out at the gym with my husband as my accountability partner. I definitely wasn’t a “gym person,” but going regularly opened my eyes to the importance of a well-rounded fitness routine, and I feel better now at almost 40 than I did in my 20s. I had the support from my own personal trainer, and now I strive to offer that same encouragement and guidance to my clients, supporting them through their fitness journey, no matter the obstacles.

Oliver, originally from Portland, moved to Santa Rosa in June of 2017, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. He’s a specialist in Sports Performance, running, strength and Triphasic training, and takes a comprehensive and dynamic approach to developing the people he works with. Oliver has been a passionate soccer player since the age of 5, and continued playing through college. He has been a Youth Soccer Instructor for many years, inspiring players to focus and grow. As an accomplished endurance athlete, Oliver has competed in the renowned Hood to Coast Relay, the Portland Marathon, numerous half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks. His dedication to running reflects his passion for pushing limits and embracing challenges. This experience not only fuels his own athletic pursuits but also informs his approach to training: helping others achieve their performance goals across various disciplines.

Throughout life, Wolf has always struggled with his weight and body image, even though he remained active playing basketball in college. Once basketball stopped, he started to gain weight until he was 300lbs. He knew he needed to make a change for his physical and mental health and began learning about training and nutrition and eventually lost 100lbs in 10 months. Since then, he has become driven to help others reach their own fitness goals. Fun Fact: Wolf loves movies and all things "nerdy".

Marshall brings a dynamic and unique angle to training with an eclectic background in a variety of fitness avenues. With over a decade of experience in the gym, he has trained in Body Building, Powerlifting and Calisthenics. Marshall’s hobbies outside the gym include art, motorcycles, hiking and cooking. Fun fact about Marshall is he is an avid writer and poet, starting in his early childhood.

Julia has always enjoyed being outdoors. She loves hiking and exploring new trails. Another big passion of hers is tennis. She started in high school and has been playing non-stop since. Exercising helps her feel relaxed and sees it as an outlet in life. Being at the gym is something she enjoys, not only because she sees her improvement and progress, but also others. She believes rooting for yourself and others is the key to excellence. Fun fact: Julia loves heights and traveling the world.

Zalika has always loved spending time outdoors. She wasn’t particularly sporty as a kid growing up, but always enjoyed outdoor activities. Some of her favorite things to do are visiting a lake and roller-skating around it, or finding a scenic trail in the park to explore. There’s something about feeling the sun on her face and the wind in her hair that instantly lifts her mood, especially if she spots a beautiful flower to photograph. Fun fact: My cat is 20 years old!

Besides health and sports, I love baking, visiting new places, and the beach.
