My passion for fitness revolves around becoming a little better than I was the day before and the desire to never be in a position where I cannot do something because of a lack of fitness or health. Exercise is something we should all do for as long as we are able to so we can stay healthy and can always do all the things that we want to do in life. Because of that, learning all the ins and outs of exercising is extremely valuable and is knowledge we will all use on a regular basis. This knowledge is exactly what I offer and pushing people towards being confident and independent with exercising is always the goal.
