Keanna grew up in Vancouver, BC, with a competitive drive for various sports such as dance, field hockey, swimming and soccer. In university, she started weightlifting and fell in love with the sport almost instantaneously. After several years of knowledge on health and fitness, she decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer to share her passion with others. She is an ACE certified Personal trainer with her Standard First Aid CPR-C_AED. Keanna has helped various ages and fitness levels achieve their goals and provided positive reinforcement and motivation along the way. Her strengths include body shaping, functional fitness, building lean muscle, nutritional advice and teaching to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Keanna acknowledges the role fitness plays in all rounded physical and mental wellness and her goal is to ensure her clients enjoy their time at the gym and appreciate the benefits of regular exercise.

I’m Martin a BCRPA-certified Fitness Professional, Weight Training Instructor, Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor, Wim Hof Method Instructor, and avid dog lover. Originally from Coventry, England, I’ve called Canada home since 2011. I’ve always been deeply inquisitive and driven by helping people become the best version of themselves. Whether your aim is to get stronger, feel better, improve athletic performance, or simply move with more confidence in everyday life, I build training that’s personalized and goal-focused. A key part of my coaching philosophy is proprioception training, improving balance, coordination, and body awareness, so the strength and skills you build in training carry over seamlessly into real-world movement. Beyond personal training, you’ll usually find me playing soccer, strength training, climbing, trail running, hiking, or camping with friends.

Courtney, born and raised on Vancouver Island, began her own fitness journey by starting dance at the age of fived and continued her passion for fitness through weightlifting at a local gym. In 2017 Courtney became a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer with her Standard First Aid CPR-C-AED. She has continued her education over the years by completing her Advanced Personal Training certificate in 2022 & amp; her Menopause certificate as well as her Adapted Fitness for Special Populations in 2025. With over 7 years of experience as a certified personal trainer Courtney specializes in strength training, weight loss and functional training as well as working with women who are peri- or post-menopausal and adapted fitness for special populations. Her approach is inclusive, personalized, and rooted in helping every client move better, feel stronger, and building lasting confidence.

Originally from Kamloops, BC, Christina relocated to Victoria in 2025 to pursue a diploma in Criminal Justice at Camosun College. As a valued member of our front office team, Christina plays an important role in ensuring every member’s Anytime Fitness experience is smooth, supportive, and efficient. She is passionate about supporting her community and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected. Growing up, Braedon was always fond of playing lacrosse and has always kept active. Braedon started working out consistently in 2019 and has learned tons over the years! His interest in physical activity led him to work here at Anytime Fitness. Now a certified Personal Trainer, Braedon is excited to share his knowledge and help clients push in order to achieve real results. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, going on drives, hitting the gym, and planning meals for the week. Friendly and approachable, Braedon is always happy to chat and talk fitness goals. If you’re looking for support and motivation, Braedon would love to work with you!

Originally from southern Ontario, Brennen moved to Victoria as a young adult to complete his business degree in Marketing Communications. In 2020, Brennen began to pursue his interest in fitness to boost his physical and mental health, eventually transforming his interest into a passion. Now as the General Manager of the Anytime Fitness Mckenzie, Keating, and Sooke (coming soon) he enjoys being surrounded by people who share in his passions for health and fitness daily while handling all of the behind the scenes operations of the clubs!
