While I’ve been training and learning about health and fitness for many years, I haven’t always been in this industry! In 2019 I moved to Newcastle, England for medical school, because for my entire life I wanted to be a doctor. Over time I gradually got to know myself better, and found the confidence to recognize that my true passions were fitness and psychology. After 2 strong years in medicine I decided I owed it to myself to pursue what would ultimately make me happy, in industries I felt I could truly excel in and make an impact. I’m now happy and excited to be at Anytime Fitness as one of your coaches, and am in full time studies in psychology! My specialties are in strength training, fat loss, and overall body wellness. Oh, I also review cheeseburgers on IG frequently, and I’m the lead guitarist in a heavy metal band so come chat with me about music!.

I’m Arad, passionate about fitness since my transformative weight loss journey at 13. My fitness philosophy emphasizes starting somewhere and striving to be your best. I specialize in functional and strength training, with a keen interest in boxing and recently, mobility and flexibility. A proud moment in my career was helping my mom lose 20 lbs through one of our challenges.
I hold a National Lifeguard certificate and have a diverse range of interests including martial arts, finance, real estate, chess, and video gaming. My approach to fitness success involves a combination of nutrition, exercise, and accountability. I’m driven by challenges and motivated by the motto: “Bet against me. Tell me I can’t.” My goal at Anytime Fitness is to change as many lives as possible, finding pride in our members’ achievements.

Physical activity has been part of my life for longer than I can remember; I competed in a number of sports throughout most of my school years. I then dedicated energy into learning as much as I can about improving health and athletic performance.
I completed a Diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion at Humber College as well as an Honours degree in Kinesiology at Guelph University. I spent time in a Physiotherapy Clinic working with injured clients to improve mobility and quality of life. I also practiced traditional and Olympic weight lifting, trained in long distance running, HIIT, and trained and competed in road cycling. As someone who is always eager to learn more, I am continuously expanding my library of exercises and pushing my clients in a variety of new and innovative ways to maintain fun yet effective workouts. I have a passion for the human body and everything it is capable of accomplishing, and I would love to show you just how far your limit truly is.
