Hi there, my name is CP and I’m a Personal Trainer with 7+ years of experience in general fitness and rehabilitation. I’m passionate in providing Manual Therapy, Injury Prevention and Developing Rehabilitation plans for clients, helping them to ease chronic pain and enhancing sports performance after recovering from injuries. I have a proven track record as a Clinical Sports Trainer for the Hong Kong Women’s Baseball team. Born and raised in Hong Kong, I discovered my passion for rugby at a young age and have a huge dedication to this sport. Outside of rugby, I’m avid in outdoor activities such as fishing, horse riding, and hiking. I also find joy in spending time with my dog. I believe in the importance of work-life balance, striving to work hard and play hard. I have a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Sports Science and Sports Medicine from CUHK. I strive to explore new avenues within sports medicine and beyond, always seeking growth and enrichment. I'll see you at the gym!

Before Chris started his journey into fitness, he was anything but healthy. Chris felt that diet and exercise were a waste of time and energy. Before he knew it, he was 215 lbs and pretty unhappy. Chris decided to take a big step and change his lifestyle, not just for his health, but for his well-being. Without guidance, Chris felt he did more harm than good losing weight in an unhealthy way.

Hello! My name is Cole and my love for the gym began when I started playing competitive soccer and ball hockey… or rather, when I was no longer able to play them. At a time, I was playing for 4 different soccer teams simultaneously, however I was not doing any additional strength training, and consistently found myself suffering from injuries and chronic pain. My load definitely exceeded my capacity, and it took me a while to realize how beneficial going to the gym regularly can be. Working out at the gym has not only helped me strengthen my body and reduce the number of injuries, it also provided motivation and helped improve my mindset during difficult times. The positive environment at Anytime Fitness inspires me to continue working out and also share my passion for exercise with others. I look forward to seeing you at the gym!

My fitness journey started way back when I was in college. I had let myself go and reached 250 pounds. It was then that I knew that I needed to turn my life around in the best way possible. I started working out in underground gyms and focused on proper nutrition. As soon as my health and body improved, I did calisthenics for two years and focused on body strength. I also started helping friends achieve their goals and now, I aspire to inspire individuals who are going through the same path that I have taken, and those that are looking to make a change. I'm a strong believer that everyone deserves the gift of having a healthy body. The gym is my playground, and getting to work at Anytime Fitness and being able to help direct people to their path of becoming healthier versions of themselves, is one of the best achievements I have obtained in life. I hope to see you at the gym, so together we could push towards our goals!

Before I got into fitness, I was an overweight anxious kid with constant knee injuries due to my weight. People picked on me for my appearance constantly. For years, I felt like I was not worthy because of my weight. I would eat a whole Nutella jar and an entire bag of popcorn in one sitting thanks to my anxiety and boredom. Now, I realized the importance of eating healthy, staying fit, and be moving on your feet - even with poor knees! I enjoy activities like hiking, kayaking, swimming dancing and working out in the gym. Thanks to the pandemic, I paused my fitness journey. But now I'm more motivated than ever to get back on track and improve my strength, health and power. Let's commit towards a fit future and see you around the gym! :)

Throughout my youth, my parents would always say I was skinny and scrawny. When I started university, I wanted to get bigger and stronger, so I used the university gym occasionally, but was never consistent. After graduating university, I started my career in customer service for a sports apparel company, but I found myself struggling to stay active. I felt I was too busy and struggled to move on my day offs, which eventually burned me out. After I left that job, I lost all motivation to be active. I have to thank Anytime Fitness Richmond team for giving me the opportunity to strive in a positive environment. My motivation came back and I've been lifting more consistently ever since. Being at this gym gave me so much positive energy and I want to bring that energy to everyone that comes through our doors! See you at the gym! :)
