I’ve been passionate about fitness and movement for many years. I come from a running background (trail running being my favorite!). I didn’t start getting serious about strength training until I injured myself on a run. This led me to really want to learn about human kinetics and the things we can do to prevent injury and get stronger. And from there, I got BCRPA certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I have a lot of knowledge for many things health and wellness related which I am excited to bring into our community.
