Tricia spent 25 years in the corporate world but since 2017 she's been pursuing her passion and launched her new career focused on Health, Fitness, Nutrition and Overall Well-Being. An avid competitor, Tricia's interests include weight training, golf, walking/hiking/biking, anything outdoors, landscaping and time with family & friends. Experienced and dedicated to delivering quality weight and functional training to individuals of all fitness levels. If you're looking for someone to help you reach your goals in fun, challenging and diverse ways, you've met the right girl!

I am proud to say my fitness journey began many years ago in Scarborough, Ontario when my passion for fitness transformed my life and led me to becoming a personal trainer. I am a certified personal trainer who loves helping clients achieve their goals and I am dedicated to providing personalized training plans that take my client’s schedules, goals, preferences, limitations, and experience in mind. My knowledge of strength training provides my clients with the needed guidance and confidence so they will have proper form, see results and reap the many benefits of strength training. As a personal trainer, I will create one-on-one fitness programs for my clients, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals teaching and helping them to exercise using appropriate workouts and plans.

I specialize in strength development, physique transformation, and building sustainable habits that deliver long-term results. In 2025, I competed in the IFBB Natural Pro Qualifier in Toronto, earning 4th place in Open Welterweight Bodybuilding. I’ve worked with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners learning the basics to experienced lifters chasing new goals. My approach is personalized and results-driven, with a strong focus on proper technique, smart programming, and steady progress. My mission is to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident — both in and out of the gym.

As a Registered Kinesiologist, I am passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. I specialize in assessing human movement and performance to create personalized exercise programs for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve overall fitness, or manage a chronic condition, I provide the expertise and support to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. Outside the gym, I enjoy all kinds of sports—especially hockey and golf. I also love spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes.

With a lifelong passion for fitness, I've been active in gyms since I was 16 years old, following several years of minor hockey as a child. Finding my niche at Anytime Fitness after graduating high school felt like coming home, and seizing the chance to build a career here was an opportunity I couldn't pass up. Beyond the gym, I enjoy time spent with loved ones, pushing myself in training, and lending my voice to choirs in and around my hometown of Port Perry.

Having been involved with athletics at a recreational and competitive level since a young age, my passion for an active lifestyle was born early on. That passion led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology, and eventually a career in personal training. After almost 30 years in the field it becomes even more evident to me that there are no short cuts to improving one's physical fitness. Attaining one's fitness objectives is a matter of concentrated effort and dedication, and Anna and I as club owners are here to help you every step of the way! The past 28yrs I have worked in various fitness facilities as an Assistant Manager, Consultant and Trainer. I have also had the pleasure of working with the Older Adult population as a Physiotherapist Assistant in numerous Retirement Homes. Working with a population like the Older Adult and being able to make a difference in the quality of life and mobility of an individual is what has ultimately driven me to pursue this carear path, and lead to ownership of this fantastic gym here in Port Perry! Making the decision with Shane to purchase this facility was exactly what we wanted in having a community based gym where our members feel welcome and supported in their fitness and health journeys.
