David
Donohew
Trainer
David developed his passion for fitness at a young age where he learned the discipline of martial arts, self-defense and earned a black belt at 12 y/o. He went on to be a 2-sport athlete for baseball and football up until college before an injury. That injury led him directly to his passion for nutrition and training. His degree is in applied science with an emphasis in personal training. After graduating, David developed his training skills and clientele racking up 10 years and counting of experience. He has developed training clients thru online, independent, and in-person settings. He specializes in helping clients increase muscle mass/size, weight loss, strength/conditioning, and improvement of health/lifestyle choices. He works with all ages and can adapt his training style to YOUR needs. Outside the gym David enjoys training himself, good food, and watching sports or movies. He's always doing extra research in the nutrition and fitness world so he can help better his clients.
James
Farner
Trainer
James has been involved in fitness and athletics for nearly four decades, beginning with training for club soccer and high school football. Following undergraduate studies, he worked in commercial finance and investments for over 20 years, during which fitness and nutrition remained a cornerstone of daily life. James has adapted his workouts to reflect his experiences, age, and learnings from a variety of fitness professionals, thereby developing a well-rounded approach. With focus areas of resistance training, flexibility, joint health, endurance training, and core stability. After retiring from the finance industry, he relocated from New York to Arizona to raise his family. Now as a personal trainer, he can impart his knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Outside of fitness, James is proud parent of two young girls. He also enjoys hobbies including automobiles, cooking/grilling, and home improvements.
Taner
Hanson
Trainer
Growing up, Taner was not interested in fitness at all. However, during the later years of his teenage life, he discovered his love for exercise based on the results he was seeing, and the dramatic positive change it brought to his lifestyle. As of 2024, Taner will have been working as a Certified Personal Trainer for one year. He is still very new to the fitness scene, having much to learn. Despite this, he is eager to gain as much experience as possible and learn everything personal training offers. Aside from personal training, Taner is currently underway in his undergraduate studies for a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, with an emphasis in pre-med. He hopes to continue his education after his professional schooling by specializing as an oral maxillary facial surgeon, performing surgeries in the hospital that lie within the oral cavity.
Griffin
Olson
Trainer
Griffin’s introduction to the gym came at 14 when he started strength training for baseball. He was taught by coaches with degrees in exercise science and was inspired to study the same at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. His interest in strength training grew into a love for many other aspects of health and wellness including human performance, anatomy/physiology, and exercise prescription. Experienced in various health practices, in his senior year at Creighton he could often be found cold tubbing in a horse trough on the porch of his college house. Previously an organized athlete, he still enjoys training like one—including power/strength exercises to emphasize explosive movements—while leaving room for hypertrophy. Griffin’s next fitness goal is to compete in Ironman triathlons. He enjoys training clients like he trains himself—athletically. He believes in understanding the “why” of what we do and works to communicate those scientific principles.

Manager
Marc developed a passion for fitness in high school where he played football & baseball. He was fascinated with the science behind developing athletic performance through structured exercise programming. He attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Training & Coaching. After graduating, Marc spent nearly 10 years managing a Physical Therapy & Fitness center where he developed as a corrective exercise specialist. He learned how to implement skills in post-rehabilitation and injury prevention to help clients achieve optimal function. During this period, he honed his skills to help clients across a wide age spectrum to enhance athleticism, improve performance, and achieve a higher quality of life through health & fitness. Outside of the gym Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 boys. They are always out on family bike rides, playing board games, and enjoying outdoor adventures.
