Baker
Trainer
Andrew grew up playing soccer, football, basketball, baseball, tennis, and badminton. After college, he started going to the gym to build muscle and lose fat, while studying the science of exercise to apply it to his own progress. He also played semi-professional rugby, where he was able to apply his learnings to help build his strength and conditioning for performance on the field. He has lost over 50lbs. of fat, and wants to help others experience the same success of achieving their fitness goals. Fun Fact: Andrew plays Spanish flamenco guitar
Eddy
Escalon
Trainer
Eddy fell in love with fitness at 13 years old. He has a central american background making him bilingual in both English and Spanish allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Eddy specializes in hypertrophy along with specializing in strength and power training. He focuses on achieving optimal hypertrophy through balanced training techniques that prioritize recovery and mobility. In addition to his fitness goals, Eddy worked as a swim instructor. This allowed him to share his passion for aquatic fitness and impart valuable swimming skills to others. Along with that, Eddy also has a background in boxing. He trained at UFC for 3 years and is passionate about teaching others how to defend themselves. Eddy hopes to share and express how much fitness can benefit you the way that it has benefited him. Fun Fact: Eddy has been to the tallest building in Switzerland
Jerry
Hernandez
Trainer
Stemming from Los Angeles, Jerry grew up playing all sports and enjoying the beach. If there’s competition involved, count him in. Playing 15+ years of soccer taught him hard work and dedication, which he applies in his workouts and daily life. In college, he discovered that helping others was his calling, so he began working at a physical therapy clinic as an aide and then became a personal trainer. At the Physical Therapy Clinic, he was taught about returning from injuries, as severe as knee and hip replacements to acute ankle sprains and overcoming medical conditions like Parkinson’s. Now, with his knowledge in injury prevention and back to sports programs, he plans to teach everyone how to keep their body young, moving and without injury. Fun Fact: Got a par in his first ever golf hole

Keenan
Trainer
Dominick got into fitness at age 15 after a doctor told him he needed to lose weight. He joined the cross country team at his school in the fall of 2013 then did track in the spring of 2014. In that year's time he managed to lose 30lbs and dropped 3 minutes on his mile time. After high school he started lifting weights and playing basketball with his friends for fun. Eventually that led him to get very interested in improving his vertical jump. He started researching and applying what he learned to his own training, in 7 years he’s added 15 inches to his jump. During this journey he discovered his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals! Fun Fact: He used to play tennis from 3rd grade until 8th grade!

McCauley

Abby grew up in Half Moon Bay playing soccer and basketball all her life creating great teamwork and leadership skills along the way. She grew up with exercise induced asthma which was a tough barrier at time, but with hard work and dedication has been able to learn to control it while still pushing herself. During her senior year of high school in 2019, she started really dedicating her time to weightlifting and building cardiovascular endurance while losing 30lbs. Along the way it taught her many life lessons such as dedication, pushing past her limits, and discipline. She is also very knowledgeable in nutrition with a Nutrition Coaches Certificate from NASM and in her own personal life as a vegan for 6 years. Her goal is to teach others about nutrition and fitness to help them be the best and healthiest versions of themselves. Fun Fact: I love working with kids

Richards
Trainer
Courtney fell in love with yoga from the first time she stepped on her mat in 2008. She immersed herself in various styles and sought guidance from seasoned teachers to refine her skills. As a yoga teacher, Courtney is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for her students. Her classes are a blend of dynamic flows, mindful breathwork, and moments of stillness, providing a holistic experience for practitioners of all levels. She believes in the power of yoga to cultivate self-awareness, inner strength, and a profound connection to the present moment. Courtney's teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of mindfulness, compassion, and self-acceptance. Through her guidance, Courtney aims to inspire a sense of empowerment that extends far beyond the confines of the yoga mat. Fun Fact: Courtney has been quilting for nearly 20 years and has made over 30 quilts.

Sabella
Trainer
As a longtime resident of Pacifica, Darice is honored to share her love of fitness with her coast-side community. She has always lived an active lifestyle, whether it was dance, sports, running marathons, etc., and admired those that have trained her. Giving back and helping others achieve their goals, the way her mentors did for her, has always been something that Darice aspired to do. Twelve years ago, she found her calling and was introduced to cardio kickboxing in a team/class environment. Long story short, Darice never looked back and is so grateful to be your coach at Anytime Fitness Pacifica. Her approach and theory to teaching is simple: let's have fun and push ourselves a little further than our last workout. And, she promises no class will ever be the same and guarantees a few laughs along the way. Fun Fact: She was one of the backup kickboxing girls in Billy Blanks Tae Bo workout video!
Daulton
Stoltz
Trainer
Daulton started MMA training in 2019 and has a background in high school wrestling. While training for his first cage fight, he tore his meniscus. After having surgery and attending physical therapy, his injury gave him a new perspective on training and his journey with mixed martial arts. Daulton fell in love with weight training while coming to Anytime Fitness to perform his physical therapy. After seeing the results and feeling stronger and healthier, he realized he wanted to help others the same way he was helped. Fun Fact: He has been paragliding in Mexico!
Tatiana
Del Rio
Staff
Born and raised right here in Pacifica, Tatiana is currently studying Kinesiology and has a passion for helping others feel their best. After experiencing a back injury, she developed an even deeper appreciation for exercise, mobility, and overall wellness. When not at the gym, you’ll find her exploring local trails, spending time with family, or playing volleyball in the city. Fun fact: Tatiana likes to play piano, bass guitar, and ukulele.

Kershner

Sam was born and raised in the Bay Area and has been an avid athlete all her life. Growing up, she played ten years of competitive basketball and also competed in softball and track. In college, Sam competed in olympic weightlifting and is a nationally ranked weightlifter. Sam is currently studying for the LSAT and wants to pursue a career in sports law. Additionally, Sam coaches youth basketball and is passionate about creating a positive learning environment for her players and wants to help others find their passion for athletics. Sam remains driven by a desire to inspire others to find their own paths to health, wellness, and success. Fun Fact: Sam has two golden retrievers, Butter and Moose

Sam, a sports enthusiast through and through, rocked the competitive basketball scene for a solid decade and gave lacrosse a shot during her high school days. Her love for an active lifestyle started early and still guides her choices today. Now in San Francisco, she's swapped the intense sports grind for strength training, weight workouts, easygoing strolls, and testing out new activities. Big on mental well-being, she's all about self-care, urging everyone to take it one day at a time for a well-rounded and happy life. Fun fact: Sam got a yellow card only 2 minutes into her first-ever lacrosse game.

Keilan, a Bay Area native, spent years thriving as a swimmer, appreciating the sport's mix of individual effort and team collaboration. She transformed her life by losing 70 lbs through a clean diet and exercise. With a BA in Psychology and currently studying to pursue a career in healthcare, Keilan underscores the importance of mental and physical well-being. Her journey reflects a commitment to achieving balance and wellness through both personal transformation and professional aspirations. Fun fact: She is a foodie and has made it her mission to try every boba shop in the Bay Area.

Manager
As a Certified Personal Trainer since 2014 and a Wellness Coach since 2008, Jenni has serviced over 7,000 training sessions with clients of varying ability levels, goals, and ages. Her specialties are corrective exercise, transitioning people back into fitness after injury, and senior fitness. She truly loves working one-on-one with people and strives to empower them to take responsibility for their health and wellness. With over 15 years of experience providing wellness services for people of all areas of health, be assured that she will be able to meet you where you currently are to provide tools for you to reach your best self. Fun Fact: She’s from Arizona and loves the sun!
John
Mcfadden

John grew up playing at the beach, though he never got hooked on surfing. Video games and nerd culture were his main hobbies, until in his late teens he discovered powerlifting and fell in love. After hitting his main goal of a 1000lbs total, he began competing in the Scottish heavy athletics with a couple friends. Although never taking first place in a competition, his goals are to improve overall health and fitness and remain pain free. John has been working in the fitness industry since 2012. His favorite part of the fitness industry is getting to know the members and being able to be a positive voice for people new to working out. In fact he has some friends who are in his wedding party that he met as members of a club he managed. Fun Fact: John is a Champion competitive air guitarist, representing Santa Cruz Air Guitar, he also enjoys his hobbies of photography, motorcycling, trying to work on old cars and going to Metal Concerts with his wonderful wife!
