My journey evolved from playing to coaching, allowing me to share my knowledge of fitness and training with others. Currently, I am furthering my education in the Sciences at the University of Ottawa. You can often find me weight training five days a week when I’m not training for amateur boxing competitions. My commitment to honing my skills for both personal and professional growth led to earn my ISSA certification, specializing on Strength and Conditioning as well as Nutrition. Throughout the years, I’ve helped numerous clients, family members, and friends achieve their fitness goals. Bodybuilding shaped my mindset and shifted my focus from aesthetics to long-term health, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Today, I help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through personalized programs built around strength training, functional work, mobility, and injury prevention. My coaching emphasizes sustainable habits, quality movement, and long‑term results. I’ve helped clients lose weight, build muscle, improve mobility, prevent injuries, and prepare for bodybuilding competitions.

Kisa grew up dancing and has experience coaching basketball, softball, and baseball. She has a special passion for supporting women through key life transitions, including prenatal, postnatal, and menopause stages. She also enjoys helping clients achieve their weight loss goals in a supportive and empowering way. Her coaching style is playful, energetic, and fun. As a mother of six, she prioritizes fitness to stay strong and healthy for her family. Her current personal goal is to improve her running, and become a Country Fusion Dance instructor. Outside the gym, you’ll often find her spending time with her chickens — especially her favorite, Burnt Nugget.

Combat sports are my thing! That’s where it all began. I was a late bloomer to sports and only began around 17 years old. Younger me was extremely uncoordinated and I always felt like a klutz. However, when I turned 14, I decided to change and began my journey of weight lifting. As time went by, I wanted to share my new passion for exercise with others. My confidence grew, and it helped me improve at the various sports I began to participate in. I eventually shifted my focus to improving speed, coordination, and athletic development. No matter what state you start at, you can achieve your goals! I have learned, hands on, how to train in a var conditiiety of conditions, and learnt much from the multitude of strength and conditioning coaches as well kickboxing trainers. I am looking forward to training you with diverse methods and helping you achieve your goals whether that be getting into better shape, wanting to be healthier or even getting ready for your sport.

Now pursuing a BSc in Human Kinetics, I’m committed to using my knowledge and experience to help others reach their fitness goals. Having struggled with being overweight and rebuilding my strength, I understand how hard it can be to start. Through discipline and training, I developed a deep understanding of muscle development, strength training, and athletic performance. I hold the highest level of strength and conditioning certification and am a certified sports nutritionist. My work spans from training professional and elite endurance athletes to supporting everyday individuals with goals like weight loss, injury recovery, and general wellness. I've coached youth athletes, brides preparing for their big day, police test candidates, and those returning from fractures and muscle tears. I lead both 1-on-1 and small group sessions, blending functional movement with practical, sustainable strategies. I’ve also founded a community run club and believe that fitness should be accessible, empowering, and built to last. Lori discovered yoga in 2012 while balancing school and working full-time. She was immediately captivated by how linking breath with movement reduced stress levels. Yoga also taught her how to manage anxiety and conquer challenges both on and off the mat, while gaining strength physically and mentally. In 2015 Lori decided she wanted to share her love of yoga with others and completed a 200 hr teacher training course (2015-2016). In addition, she has taken numerous workshops to deepen her knowledge and practice. Lori welcomes students of all levels, offering a variety of adjustments and options to suit everyone. She encourages her students to have fun and explore!

My involvement in sport and fitness began early in life. Hockey, skiing, martial arts, rowing, and running are just some of the sports I have competed in growing up. Although seeming diverse, they’re all simply composed of the same fundamental movements, just applied differently. Through study of Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics as well as over 10 years of personal training with Anytime Fitness, I now see movement as the key to helping others reach their potential. Strength, stability and mobility are the cornerstones to a better, healthier you! This focus guides my functional bodybuilding style of coaching.
