Sports have been a big part of my life. Growing up in Cartagena, Colombia my hobbies were playing soccer and swimming in the ocean. About three years ago I was 260+ lbs, I was not feeling good about myself. So, I started going to the gym and with the help of my friends and family who pushed me and kept me accountable throughout my journey, I’ve lost 80+ lbs and have developed a passion for fitness. Since then, I’ve gained lots of knowledge and developed the drive to help people achieve their fitness goals through my own experiences.
