Natasha has been active her whole life and was involved in sports at a young age. Taking a fitness and health class in high school really peaked her interest in this profession. In 2012 she participated in her first figure competition and has not looked back. Since then she has competed multiple times and places extremely high at a provincial level. Competing in figure competitions has given her the tools, knowledge and abilities to push past barriers, perfect her nutritional knowledge and help her understand how to build muscle and lose fat at the same time- all aspects need to be in order if you want to see change. She recently decided to change her training focus to strength and to compete in a powerlifting competition! She has the skills and mind set to help you lose weight, build muscle and build strong curves! She will turn your gluteus maximus into your gluteus fantasticus. Wow, I love the gym business, so many great people with inspiring stories of how they overcame obstacles and time constraints to get to the gym and reach their goals. I am always amazed at how our members see how clean we keep our gyms - then they also keep an eye on things for us when we are not there. I have met so many very friendly people in Barrhaven and now in Carleton Place and I am loving coming to work every day. I was in the car business as a licensed Technician, Foreman and Service Manager for 23 years before deciding to try something new.
