My fitness journey started as a young kid seeing a Taekwondo demonstration event at my school. I was absolutely amazed to see what the human body was capable of. On that same day, I begged my mom to join the Taekwondo academy and there I practiced for 7 years. Later in life, at the end of my high school years, I joined a gym because I wanted to get in shape as I had quit Taekwondo when I was 13 and only exercised from time to time. Since then, I fell in love with strength training.
Strength training brought so many positive things into my life. Confidence, resilience, patience, and discipline. I value it all so much that I chose to get as much quality education as I could to ensure I would be the best coach I could be. I graduated in Fitness and Health Promotion at Georgian College, certified as a Personal Trainer by NSCA, Powerlifting Instructor certified by ISSA, and Level 1 certified by Precision Nutrition.
I look forward to helping as many people as I can reach their goals!

My Fitness journey has been an up and downhill battle, I’ve been overweight, under weight and everywhere in between. I’ve tried countless “diets” and the most important thing that I’ve learned during this time, is to turn your “diet” into your lifestyle. If you can’t do it forever, you’ll end up right back where you started. I found intermittent fasting and strength training 3 days a week to be the most optimal for my own growth. I’ve always been an active kid growing up playing baseball, hockey, volleyball, and paintball. I stopped doing all of that when I first started my YouTube channel which definitely affected my physical health but improved my mental health. After 5 years of creating content around cosplay, I’m now creating content around fitness and nutrition to help keep myself accountable while pursing this passion of mine. I truly believe that everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and we all can learn from one another.

My fitness journey began at a young age as I have always loved playing sports! Throughout my life, I have played touch football with friends, swimming and basketball. But my go-to sport has always been playing soccer. As I got older, I wanted to switch things up and played rugby for a couple years as a back, as well as taking weight training courses at the same time. Now I spend most of my time keeping active with my family and friends, roller blading, hiking, camping and biking.
The outdoors is where I feel most at peace, especially going to the beach with my dog Stella! To me, fitness is more than just working out, it’s about self-discipline, fun and the desire to be the best version of yourself - physically, mentally and spiritually.

I grew up in Richmond Hill, but I now call Simcoe County my home. After college I spent 8 years working with youths at Children's Aid Society and Eastern Residential Services. Needing a career change, I took a job as the Assistant Manager at Anytime Fitness Wasaga Beach and developed a passion for learning the business. When the position became available, I was promoted to Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Alliston where I further developed my management and coaching skills. Today I oversee many clubs in Simcoe County with the knowledge I have gained at this organization for over 5 years.
I enjoy participating in competitive sports. I have played volleyball, soccer, and lacrosse throughout my life. As a result of sports related injuries I have needed surgery on both knees, and my shoulder. My focus now is to gain strength and stay in shape so that I can continue to enjoy sports for many years to come.
