I grew up playing several sports, including judo and gymnastics, but soccer became my true passion. I played competitively for 12 years, and as I became more serious about the sport, I started going to the gym with my dad to improve my cardio. Although I didn’t love it at first, that changed when I began lifting weights. Even when I couldn’t bench the bar, I loved the challenge, the atmosphere, and the confidence it gave me as a smaller kid. That passion led me to earn a diploma in Kinesiology, become a personal trainer, and spend the past five years helping others build strength, confidence, and long-term results.

Growing up, I was active in many sports but only excelled in curling due to my clumsiness. I almost became a high school PE teacher but chose a different path. Fifteen years ago, I embarked on a personal training career and discovered my true passion. I feel more at home in a weight room than on a sports field, and I find great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals and celebrating their successes. My expertise lies in women's health, nutrition, and injury rehab, with a holistic approach to creating lifestyle habits that support overall health.

I love health and fitness. As a child, martial arts were a huge part of my life, and are what helped discipline and push me to pursue my passion for fitness. I’ve been regularly going to the gym since 2020, and to the Brooks Landing location since 2021. I believe in a holistic approach to exercise, and I try to incorporate as much balance, endurance, flexibility, and strength training into my workouts as possible.

Nowadays I continue to embrace movement as a source of strength and balance in my daily life. Beyond fitness, my greatest joy comes from my family and being a proud mother of two sons. I also bring that same care and dedication into my career as an education assistant, where I support children in their learning and growth. Whether in the classroom, with my family, or out on a run, I strive to lead by example—showing that living an active, balanced life at any age is not only possible but deeply rewarding.

I am obsessed with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness which started as a personal goal and a weight loss journey, quickly became a passion for understanding how the body works, how strength is built, and how conditioning translates into real-world performance. I have been training for 6+ years and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon or not helping anyone around me succeed and reach their fitness goals.

Fitness has always played a major role in my life. Growing up, I played a multitude of sports, but my two favorite were hockey and golf. I received a scholarship to play hockey in the states competitively. Since hanging up my skates, i've maintained a prioritized my health and fitness at the gym!

I have been training since the age of 13 and have always been eager to learn new techniques for training and building muscle. I played soccer at a regional level for 2 years, where I learned how to push my body's cardiovascular limits and improve my endurance, speed, and agility. For the last 4 years, I have been focusing more on muscle and strength building using injury-prevention methods, and I have a growing passion for bodybuilding and strength training. I am certified by NASM as a Personal Trainer and Virtual Coach, as well as by the National Fitness and Nutrition Academy in India as a Training Coach.

I come from a family of professional athletes and grew up playing soccer in sunny California. Several years ago I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, PCOS, and other health conditions that have affected my fitness and wellbeing. I've learned that fitness looks different for everyone and that challenges are really just opportunities for growth. I wish the same for our members here at Brooks Landing, and want to foster a community of acceptance where individuality is encouraged and body positivity is celebrated!
