I’m Michelle, a certified BCRPA Trainer. My passion for training stems from over 10 years of working in healthcare and seeing how the focus is on the “quick fix” of medicine rather than tackling the core issues of lifestyle. I want to bring that awareness and education on how to bring longevity and eradicate the need for medication later on. I want to lead the way by igniting a love for exercise. I do this by incorporating a variety of training styles to my programs to keep them fresh, fun and find an area of exercise that will excite you to reach your goals. Whether that be torching the calories in a HIIT workout or buckling down in a strength training program. Let’s get started and make your goals a reality!

Hi! I'm Richelle and I started working at AF Mission in August 2023 as a front desk position and am now assistant manager and a personal trainer here! I received my training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and am currently in my third year of kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. My favourite part about training is helping clients gain confidence in the gym and within themselves. As of lately l've gotten into running and just completed my first half marathon. Fun fact: if I could eat one food for the rest of my life it would be pizza.

Jill is an essential part of the Anytime Fitness Mission team. For the past several years, she has invested so much time and energy into the club to make it the welcoming community it is. Outside of her amazing management skills, she is a very knowledgeable personal trainer with a wide array of certifications. Whether you are looking for an intense workout to make you sweat or a low-key mobility session to help you feel your best as you move through day to day life, she has the skills to provide the style of training you want! Jill is a firm believer in continuing your education as you progress in your career and has made it part of her routine to stay up to date with the latest and greatest. She is a certified personal trainer with her group training, nutrition coaching, mobility coaching and weight training. The focus of each course has been different, therefore her expansive knowledge is sure to come in handy as you work alongside her.
