Hello everyone! My name is Jacki Hendrick (formally Mitsch)
Health and fitness has been a part of my entire adult life. From coaching to personal training, I love to share my passion with others. I have been working as a personal training and group x instructor since 2005. I love everything from yoga to running. I started The Run Club in 2008 and we are still going strong. I feel that you should never limit yourself to one area of fitness. That is why I have always focused equally on strength, flexibility and cardio. My motto in life is to practice what you preach and lead by example. I’m so excited to join the Anytime Fitness Lowell team and look forward to building a great fit family.

Since then, I have hosted and attended events, ran multiple clubs, listened to many members' stories, have been a spotter more than once, and show my face on social media pretty regularly. I am very passionate about health and wellness as a whole. I have dealt with trials and tribulations in my life (as we all do) and found through my own experience just how vital fitness was for me not only on a physical level, but on an emotional and mental level as well. My goal is to provide hope and to help others overcome their struggles in order to become the best possible version of themselves. Two key concepts that I live by today are: striving for progress rather than perfection and learning to become comfortable in the uncomfortable.
