Hey I am Billy and having worked for over 10 years as a professional dancer and personal trainer, Ive gained extensive knowledge of the body and how it’s worked through exercise. I have a strong passion for helping clients achieve whatever their health and fitness goals may be and like to keep sessions varied and most importantly fun. Some people can find gyms intimidating so with a friendly and positive approach, I strive to help clients to build not only strength, stamina and flexibility, but also confidence and self-belief
