I have over 10 years of experience with strength and conditioning and weight loss training. I have expertise in pad work, kettlebells, high intensity interval training and powerlifting programs. I have personally used these implements to train myself it is such with great pleasure that I know what results can be achieved. My main aim is to share my passion for exercising and show that it doesn't have to be a gruelling or unexciting experience, rather more a fun, goal chasing and feel-good regime that can achieve your target goals together as a team. I am constantly creating new goals for my clients and there's nothing more rewarding then to see my clients smash their goals and their self doubt diminish. Together we can get you motivated, achieve and discover new goals, overcome barriers and build a strong foundation to be the best version of yourself.
