Sport and movement have always been central to my life. I competed as a sprinter and played netball and volleyball, building a strong foundation in speed, power and athletic performance. For years I also cycled over 15km daily- developing endurance, discipline and resilience. More recently, recovering from an LCL injury and fibula subluxation deepened my understanding of rehab, mobility and proper muscle activation. It strengthened my passion for helping others move well and train pain-free. My coaching approach is holistic and focused on long-term results and longevity - not quick fixes. I adapt programmes to support recovery, joint health and sustainable progress. If you're looking to build strength, improve mobility and feel confident in your body for the long run - I'm here to help.
