Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I specialize in helping individuals achieve healthy aging through strength training, nutrition, supplementation, and hormone balance.
Becoming a mother at 40 fueled my passion for staying strong and youthful. With years of research and experience, along with a background in medical nutrition and hormone health, I’ve developed a well-rounded approach to optimizing wellness.
After a career in corporate financial sales, I followed my true passion for fitness and helping others. Now, I’m dedicated to guiding clients toward strength, energy, and longevity.
Outside the gym, I enjoy pickleball, biking, hiking, and traveling with my husband and friends. My goal is to help you stay active and vibrant at every stage of life—let’s get started!

I’m a NASM-certified trainer with a focus on strength and conditioning. I’ve been working out for over eight years and coaching for the past year, and I love helping people push past their limits and build real strength.
I’m constantly learning and adding new specialties so I can better support every fitness goal—from performance to overall wellness.
