As a certified Golf Fitness Expert through the Titleist Performance Institute, my specialty is training golfers over 40 to play with less pain, gain distance, and lower their scores. My approach is based on my Kinesiology Degree from Western along with continuing education on corrective exercises and sports strength and conditioning. My passion for fitness started in childhood through sports, but I truly found my love for lifting heavy and pushing my limits at 30—proving it’s never too late to start something new! Family means everything to me, and we’re happiest outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, catching frogs, swimming, or sledding. I can’t wait to welcome you to the gym and brighten your day!

Wow, I love the gym business, so many great people with inspiring stories of how they overcame obstacles and time constraints to get to the gym and reach their goals. I am always amazed at how our members see how clean we keep our gyms - then they also keep an eye on things for us when we are not there. I have met so many very friendly people in Barrhaven and now in Carleton Place and I am loving coming to work every day. I was in the car business as a licensed Technician, Foreman and Service Manager for 23 years before deciding to try something new.
