Having worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years my ever evolving training philosophy is to make working out enjoyable whilst providing amazing results to my clients.

I have been qualified as a personal trainer for the last 15 years. My passion for health and fitness started whilst training and competing internationally for Great Britain and England as a hammer thrower and developed whilst studying for my degree in Sport and exercise at university specializing in coaching and performance. I have great experience of working with clients throughout a variety of different goals ranging from fat loss to strength and size.
