Dylan has been in the fitness industry for a decade working primarily as a trainer and a metabolic technician. In that time, he has acquired several certifications including NASM CPT and NASM Corrective Exercise, KILO Strength, and a Prenatal/Postpartum specialization. Having studied Biochemistry at the University of Texas at Austin, he has a working knowledge of the metabolic processes underlying strength training, weight loss, and recovery. When it comes to his training style, Dylan focuses on functional training and compound movements, and stresses proper form and mechanics above all else. Learning how to properly activate muscles and becoming aware of body sensations are essential aspects of training, and Dylan takes the time to develop these skills with his clients. Dylan is compassionate, knowledgeable, and brings these qualities to all his client interactions. He loves the connections he builds with his clients and considers it the best aspect of his job.

My passion lies in helping busy individuals integrate healthy habits into their daily routine, enabling them to achieve their health goals. I am devoted to helping my clients look, move and feel better, both in-person and online. I enjoy helping them feel happier and more confident inside and out. My mission is to provide you with the support and guidance necessary to get into the best shape of your life.
