I’m Sabrina - a certified personal trainer focused on helping clients build strength, muscle, and confidence through structured training and sustainable nutrition. My approach is shaped by my own journey. After years of struggling with hormonal challenges and feeling stuck in my progress, I shifted my focus to finding the root causes, intentional strength training and properly fuelling my body. I specialize in glute-focused training, designing programs that will help clients grow stronger, move better, and feel more connected to their bodies. My coaching is rooted in simplicity, consistency, and doing what works — without extremes or overwhelm.
