Hi, I'm Daniel! From long-distance runner to rugby player to functional fitness enthusiast, my fitness journey has been all about pushing boundaries and embracing new challenges. I started with endurance running, where I developed grit, discipline, and a strong aerobic base. In college, I transitioned to rugby—a high-intensity, contact-heavy sport that demanded power, speed, and teamwork. That’s where I fell in love with strength training and learned the value of functional movement.
Today, I train with a focus on functional fitness—blending strength, mobility, and conditioning to build a body that’s not just strong, but capable. Whether it’s Olympic lifting, bodyweight circuits, or high-intensity intervals, I thrive on variety and believe in training for real-world performance. When I’m not in the gym you’ll find me kayaking on the lake, going rock climbing, or taking a hike with friends.
