My coaching style is energetic, positive, and realistic. My training specialties are Strength and Conditioning, Lifestyle, General Fitness, Powerlifting. I love lifting HEAVY! My max squat in competition is 655lbs. The best part of my job is getting to see people change their lives and grow confidence right in front of my own eyes. I went to school in Chicago at Robert Morris University for Exercise Science and played 4 years of college Ice Hockey.

My coaching style has a client-centered approach. My training specialties would include evidence-based personal and group training. Using my associates degree in applied science focused on health and fitness, as well as my current knowledge gained in my exercise science bachelor's program, I am able to work with others based on whatever needs they want met. I got into fitness in order to learn the preventative measures of healthcare. Before this, I was going to school to become a doctor, but I fell in love with this field. My favorite way to stay active and healthy is by incorporating things I enjoy like pickleball, hiking, or strength training, into my everyday life. The best part of my job is being able to see those I work with progress to their goals and overall grow during my time with them. Did you know that your muscles grow after an exercise, while at rest, and not during it?

I soon learned that I love to educate others and help along their journey. Helping beginners feel confident in their fitness journey has always been one of my top priorities. In 2019 I started my own business to be able to share holistic healing with others and previously worked as a health and wellness coach. I am here to help with your wellness journey in & outside of the gym! I LOVE my members- seeing their growth & progress on their fitness journey is the most rewarding part of the job. I enjoy strength training, yoga, paddleboarding, & longboarding!

My coaching style is encouraging, challenging and fun. I specialize in personal training, MMA conditioning, stretch & flexibility, Aqua Combat, balance coaching, SAQ coaching and more. My most favorite way to stay active is kickboxing, but I incorporate a lot of flexibility and mobility into my workouts in combination w/ lifting. The best part of my job is getting to be a vital part of helping members reach their fitness goals. Something you should know about me, is although I like to kick & punch as part of my workouts, I am a pretty positive and energetic person. Did you know…I am also a Stretch Therapist so keeping people mobile and flexible through movement and stretching is my passion. I love to share my knowledge to help others feel better.

I am Jess! My fitness journey started 14 years ago as a stay at home mom looking for a way to lose baby weight and get out of the house. I had the crazy idea to start playing roller derby. What had originally started as a fun hobby, turned into an obsession with health and fitness. I am a competitive athlete that currently plays for a WFTDA team, Ann Arbor Roller Derby, ranked 9th in the region and 38th in the world. I have worked in gyms for nearly a decade, both in management and as a CrossFit trainer. When I'm not at the roller rink or gym, you can find me at the skatepark on the halfpipe. Watching people reach their goals and accomplish things they never thought possible is the number one motivator that keeps me going!

Hello, my name is Steve Kurschner and I’m from Livingston, Montana. I’m the regional manager for gyms in North Dakota, Montana, Idaho and Washington clubs. I studied Exercise Science at Montana State University in Bozeman and health and fitness has been a huge part of my life since I was young. It’s super important to me for not only physical but mental health. I love working here because I get to help everyone on their fitness journey and make a difference in their lives.

In his free time he enjoys watching all things sports, but is a die hard college football fan. He also enjoys spending time with his 4 dogs.
