Hi, I’m Daniel Glazer, Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness. After struggling with my weight for most of my life, I lost over 90 pounds in just 10 months, and it changed everything. That journey sparked a passion for fitness and helping others build confidence through lasting results. As both manager and coach, I focus on creating a supportive club environment while working directly with members to lose body fat, gain muscle, and feel better in their own skin. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life, and I truly believe that the greatest investment you can make is in yourself. I earned my degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Movement, Health and Development and a minor in Biology, from Wilfrid Laurier University, and I am currently continuing my studies to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. As a national-level ringette player, I’ve developed a strong understanding of fitness, discipline, and teamwork, which has shaped my passion for helping others reach their full potential. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, boost your confidence, or simply feel your best, I’m here to help you every step of the way. I am excited to be part of your fitness journey — let’s make it happen together!

As a former national-level dancer and experienced instructor, I learned how powerful movement is in building strength, confidence, and resilience. Now studying Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University, I combine practical experience with a solid foundation in exercise science. I’m passionate about making a difference and focus on building real connections, creating a supportive space where you feel seen, valued, and motivated. I'm committed to helping you unlock your potential and become the healthiest version of yuorself.

Kevin is a seasoned fitness professional with over 20 years of experience coaching clients of all backgrounds, including bodybuilders, individuals with severe obesity, muscular dystrophy, and those needing rehabilitation. His passion for fitness stems from his own achievements and a commitment to helping others reach their goals. Specializing in muscle development and body proportion, Kevin has led successful Personal Training Teams, showcasing his leadership and experience. Now General Manager and Personal Training Manager at Anytime Fitness, he leads a high-performing team. Kevin’s motto, “Health is your greatest wealth,” reflects his belief in health as the most valuable investment.
