I have experience in injury prevention and proper movement mechanics, so when we work together, you’re not just exercising — you’re training in a way that actually supports your body.
I’m also skilled in body recomposition — whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or reshaping your physique in a balanced, sustainable way. I understand how to program training that changes your body while keeping you moving safely and efficiently.
