Véronic is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over four years of experience helping members move, feel, and perform at their best. She holds a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and is currently completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy. As an international-level powerlifter, she understands the discipline and mindset required to build real strength. Passionate about rehabilitative exercise, she supports clients recovering from injuries, improving mobility, and training with confidence. Fully bilingual in English and French, Véronic connects easily with members of all backgrounds and fitness levels, guiding them with patience, motivation, and a genuine love for movement.

With more than 18 years of weightlifting and CrossFit experience, Shaun brings a technique-first, results-driven approach to coaching. He focuses on building strong foundations, smart progression, and sustainable habits that fit real life. His training blends strength, conditioning, mobility, and clear programming to help you move better, get stronger, and feel confident in your abilities. Whether you're brand-new to the gym or ready to level up your performance, Shaun creates personalized plans that challenge, support, and motivate you every step of the way.

He understands that life gets busy—careers, injuries, family, and stress—which is why his coaching focuses on sustainable routines that fit your real world. Eric blends strength training, functional conditioning, and habit-based coaching to help members build confidence and long-term progress. From beginners learning proper form to high performers refining their edge, he keeps training simple, structured, and effective. His goal is to help people feel stronger, more energized, and more consistent—one realistic step at a time.
