Gill
Trainer
Gavin brings multiple years of dedicated lifting and strength training experiences to his sessions. What began as a personal passion has grown into a pursuit of excellence, with Gavin having competed in a national powerlifting championship this past spring. HIs journey from a beginner wanting to improve himself into an athlete striving to be the best continues to shape the way he approaches training, both for himself and for those he coaches. Blending personal experience with evidence-based methods, Gavin designs programs that enhance both strength and lifestyle. Known for his discipline, outgoing personality, and positive energy, he helps clients build strength, improve long-term health, and gain lasting confidence inside and outside the gym. Every session reflects his belief that progress comes from consistency, determination, and the drive to reach one's full potential.

Mills
Trainer
Ken is an avid and passionate student of health and nutrition. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast Ken has competed in countless road races, practiced powerlifting and once held the push-up record at Hyde Park Gym of Austin. Ken has a B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He obtained his personal training certification from UT Austin Professional Development and is also a CDC certified Pre-Diabetes Lifestyle Coach.

My name is Alen Poturcaj and as a personal trainer and manager at Anytime Fitness, I'm passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals in a supportive, motivating environment. I also manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the gym runs smoothly and offers a welcoming space for all fitness levels. My goal is to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone!

Whether it's building lean muscle through proven weightlifting techniques or optimizing endurance with effective science-backed cardio programming, every workout is carefully designed to maximize progress and motivation.
