Hi, I am Kealeigh. My background is in gymnastics, dance and cheer. I have been cheerleading for the past 12 years. My commitment to the sport has taught me the importance of strength training, endurance, technique, flexibility and mobility. I hope to be able to share my experience in these areas into our training sessions, and modify it to suit your individual goals. "Laura has had a passion for Pilates since 2003 when she first discovered the Method.  Since then, she has used it as a daily practice infused with Yoga to help prevent and rehab several injuries and attempt to age gracefully.  She found Anytime Fitness recently after a leg injury from a bike accident and added ATG exercises to her routine with their equipment.  She is now excited to incorporate them to help others to bulletproof their knees too.  Laura’s experience as an Aerobics Instructor, Massage Therapist, Air Force Officer, Quantum Nutritionist, Access Consciousness facilitator and Quantum Healthy podcaster bring a unique energy and fun to all her classes. "

I started training in 1983. Got into bodybuilding that lasted for 28 years. I competed in competitions across Ontario. I placed 2nd four times and placed 1st twice. At the tail end of my bodybuilding years, I ran my own personal-training business for 17 years. I loved every bit of it! Life took me in a different direction where I had to pause for a short period. I resumed training in 2018 here at Anytime Fitness. I love the gym and enjoy working out to stay healthy, fit and strong. To this day, I enjoy nothing more than sharing my passion and love of fitness with everyone I train. In my spare time I love riding my seatless ElliptiGO.

Hi, I'm Roy. For over 25 years I've helped hundreds of people move better, get stronger, and build long-term resilience. As a certified Golf Fitness Expert through the Titleist Performance Institute, my specialty is training golfers over 40 to play with less pain, gain distance, and lower their scores. My approach is based on my Kinesiology Degree from Western along with continuing education on corrective exercises and sports strength and conditioning. Karen Smith is truly excited to be part of such an amazing team at Anytime Fitness! She is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College in recreation and leisure services, as well as Algonquin College for event planning She has worked as an event planner in the golf industry and for a sporting event company in New Zealand, while working abroad on a travel visa. Over the years, she has run a variety of fitness programs, including a 10-week Learn to Run program. Karen is the founder of the highly successful AGH Run for Women’s Health (formerly known as The Mississippi Mills River Run) with proceeds going to the Almonte General Hospital-Fairview Manor Foundation. Her passion for helping others manage their health and well-being inspired her to earn a Personal Training certification, along with a Women’s Health Coaching Specialist certification.

Wow, I love the gym business, so many great people with inspiring stories of how they overcame obstacles and time constraints to get to the gym and reach their goals. I am always amazed at how our members see how clean we keep our gyms - then they also keep an eye on things for us when we are not there. I have met so many very friendly people in Barrhaven and now in Carleton Place and I am loving coming to work every day. I was in the car business as a licensed Technician, Foreman and Service Manager for 23 years before deciding to try something new.
