Hi I’m Sierra! I just graduated from the personal training program at Mount Royal University. I am thrilled to join the Anytime team, I have been training here since January. My journey in fitness began with a love for exercise and sports from a young age, which only deepened during the COVID pandemic when I discovered a passion for strength training. This sparked a desire to help others find their strength and resilience through exercise. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where you can thrive and achieve your goals. Each session with me is designed to leave you feeling empowered, confident, and stronger both inside and out.

I’m a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist with a background as a health and nutrition coach for over 10 years. I specialize in coaching women in midlife, specifically those navigating perimenopause and menopause.
In my 30s, I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and dealt with recurring knee pain. In my 40s, I took up adventure travelling, hiking bigger summits, mountain biking, and multi-day backcountry trips which completely changed how I trained and cared for my body. I now prioritize functional strength training, fueling my body, social connection, & recovery so I can keep doing the things I love for as long as possible. My approach is about training for the activities you want to keep doing long term; building strength, confidence, & longevity through sustainable habits. My goal is to help you achieve your long-term goals so you can truly thrive in this next phase of life!

My fitness journey started at 16. I began going to the gym with my older brother. I was a very anxious person who was afraid to workout on their own. Since working out I saw my personality, outlook on life, my own physique and strength change drastically. I started taking interest in powerlifting. I was seeing increases in the weights I was lifting. I started off a 140lb kid and by the time I was 21 I could squat 420lb, deadlift 520lb, and bench 330lb at a bodyweight of 180lb. I got to see what hard work and dedication gets you when you are genuinely passionate in what you do. As a coach, I put focus on things that I see as keys to success. Such as focus on time under tension, using full range of motion and fatigue management. I enjoy pushing people past what they believe they are capable of. I understand that it takes a lot of effort and dedication for anyone to master and learn their own body.

Hi, my name is Keiran, I am currently attending Mount Royal University working towards a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education. For the past five years, health and fitness has been a large portion of my time and effort, and I hope to inspire others in their fitness journey! When I'm not in school, I enjoy traveling, hiking, rock climbing, and other outdoor activities. I am looking forward to seeing everyone in the gym!

I started taking fitness more seriously in January of 2025 when I started working out at OrangeTheory and working out more at home. I quickly started becoming more active in my life and learned that I love cardio! I am the proud club manager of the best gym in Okotoks! I have lived in Alberta my whole life raising my two teenagers. I have always loved fitness and took up running 10K marathons after the birth of my second child.
In my free time I enjoy golfing, hiking, skiing and enjoying my friends on a sunny patio.

Growing up as a national gymnast, I’ve always loved staying active and testing my limits. That discipline and drive have shaped how I lead. When I’m not working out, I’m usually playing sports like volleyball, pickleball, and whatever else I can find!
I’m all about creating a friendly, motivating vibe where members can hit their goals and feel part of a community that cares about health, wellness, and personal growth.
