11 years ago I went through my own health journey, losing over 107 lbs in a year and becoming a healthier version of me. I was featured in Oxygen magazine in 2014 and STRONG fitness magazine. I became an OCR athlete, marathon runner, and softball player. This amazing feeling of creating a new, healthier, stronger body drove me to want to help others achieve success with their goals. I acquired my CPT through CANFITPRO, Life coach certification and Nutrition certification. I'm a strength and conditioning coach, weight loss coach and specialize in hypertrophy. My favorite thing to do is definitely the deadlift. With the correct form and foundation, a heavy lift feels amazing!

Hello! My name is Jasmine, and I’m incredibly excited to officially join Anytime Fitness Deer Ridge as a Team Member! I’ve been a proud member of Anytime Fitness for the past 3 years and have had the privilege of training with Shawnee as a personal training client 3 to 4 times a week for the last 2 years. My journey has been centered around managing my Rheumatoid Arthritis—refusing to let it define what I can or cannot achieve. Outside the gym, I find joy in spending time in nature—whether it’s going for a walk or hike, getting lost in a good book outdoors, or enjoying quality time with my niece, who means the absolute world to me. I’m looking forward to getting to know each of you—please don’t hesitate to say hi the next time you see me at the club!

Hello, I’m Bree! I started my fitness journey as a kid playing tons of sports! I started taking fitness more seriously in January of 2025 when I started working out at OrangeTheory and working out more at home. I quickly started becoming more active in my life and learned that I love cardio! In my spare time I am always on the go with school, friends, etc. Can’t wait to meet you all and help you on your fitness journey.

I have always had a deep appreciation for sports, with baseball, softball, and golf being some of my favorite activities that I still enjoy in my spare time. When I'm not at the baseball diamonds or the golf courses, I cherish spending time with my two wonderful sons. Since starting my journey in the health and fitness industry in 2008, I have developed a strong passion for helping others reach their health and fitness aspirations. Growing up as a national gymnast, I’ve always loved staying active and testing my limits. That discipline and drive have shaped how I lead. When I’m not working out, I’m usually playing sports like volleyball, pickleball, and whatever else I can find! I’m all about creating a friendly, motivating vibe where members can hit their goals and feel part of a community that cares about health, wellness, and personal growth.
