Hi, I’m Kat and here’s a little about me. It was in my hometown of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan where I found my love for fitness and motivating others. I attained my Personal Training Certification through the American Council on Exercise in 2013, worked as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor until I moved to Calgary in 2015. I attended the Elevated Learning Academy and completed my Applied Nutrition Sciences Diploma and continued my journey in the fitness industry. In my free time, if I’m not crushing it at the gym you can find me at any music festivals/concerts, playing ultimate frisbee or checking off travelling destinations on the map!
What separates me from other trainers is that I believe fitness/nutrition should be enjoyable and not over complicated. I push my clients to their greatest potential, we reach huge milestones together all while enjoying the journey.
