My interest in fitness and being in the gym began in 2017. Initially to support my fastball abilities, but it changed into a passion that I want to work out on myself. I love the idea of being strong and confident and the looks are just a bonus. One of my main goals is to normalize a muscular female body image. To show everyone especially women that its okay to take up space and that being strong is beautiful than just having a beautiful body.

Hey! I'm John. My fitness journey started when I was in high school where I played basketball. I loved the way staying active made me feel and that's when I got into lifting weights. I started spending more time in the gym, it became a hobby of mine. I am grateful to have been offered an opportunity to work and spend even more of my time here, which was a bonus for me since it kept me motivated. I'm a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and I'm certified in Exercise Nutrition with Precision Nutrition. I love to help empower people to lift weights, attain their goals, to succeed, and to embrace a life that doesn’t require them to spend hours at the gym or obsessing over nutrition. My specialities include fat loss, muscle hypertrophy/strength, pre- and postnatal fitness, and lifestyle/nutrition coaching.
