Hi, I’m Ethan. My fitness journey began on the soccer field, where I grew up playing competitively with my father as my coach. After stepping away from the sport at the end of high school, I found myself out of shape and knew something had to change. Committing to training not only transformed my physical health but also had a powerful impact on my confidence, mindset, and overall well-being.
That experience sparked a passion to help others achieve the same results. I went on to complete a Fitness and Health degree at Georgian College and began working as a personal trainer in 2018.
In addition to training, I also provide nutrition advice to help clients build sustainable habits, fuel their performance, and support long-term results.
Whether your goal is to build strength, lose fat, improve your nutrition, or simply feel better in your day-to-day life, I tailor each program to fit your needs and lifestyle.

Rachelle is a passionate and personable multifaceted trainer and athlete who is
committed to helping her clients attain their personal fitness goals with a customized
approach for everyone based on their levels of proficiency and comfort.
Rachelle found her passion for fitness and wellbeing when she began training at the
Toronto School of Circus Arts, where she was a committed aerial performer and contortionist.
She later shifted her focus from flexibility and calisthenics based training, to weightlifting
and muscle building exercises. She completed her studies in Toronto, at
Centennial College in Massage Therapy. She acquired an extensive educational background in anatomy, physiology, sports injuries and various chronic conditions. This allows her to tailor custom fitness plans based on previous injuries or underlying conditions to best accommodate her clientele.
With an overall passion for fitness, mental and physical wellbeing, as well as a versatile skill set.

Some people ask me if my journey was worth it. I often tell them that I just started my journey because this journey is a never ending song. It is now a lifestyle. My advice to everyone out there is to stay consistent, and before you enter the gym… Remember to lift with a purpose.
I have been playing competitive basketball ever since I was a child. Played for the provincial team for three straight years and guided my team through Nationals. I then started to realize that I needed to get stronger and quicker. I started going to the gym weeks after the tournament to start my journey.
I would like to help others with their own journey because I know it’s tough to start out alone. I find that others lack motivation and this is why I’m here. I’m here to motivate and ensure that their mission is sustainable and enjoyable! My number one goal is to educate these newcomers when it comes to resistance training.

Hi there! My name is Ivana. I’ve been active my whole life! In high school, I competed in track and field for five years until a knee injury brought that chapter to a close. But anyone who knows me knows I can’t sit still, so I started going to the gym right after. At first, it was because I didn’t like how I looked. But when I realized I could train without knee pain, 8 years later, here we are!
My fitness journey started from a place of deep insecurity about my body. Over time, lifting weights became a hobby, and eventually, I got into competitive bodybuilding. When the time was right, I turned my passion for fitness into a career.
I train people because I genuinely love helping others. I'm very passionate about self-development and I believe that the mind, body, and soul are all essential parts of well-being. That’s why I lean toward a holistic approach to fitness. My hope is to inspire others to join me on that journey, so we can become better together. It’s more fun that way ;)

Barbra is an ACE certified Personal Trainer 2019. She has been in fitness for over 20 years but what really made her fall in love with it was Kickboxing.
In 2012 Barbra started her training in kickboxing and loved it! She wanted to share her passion for it.
In 2016 Barbra started teaching group fitness classes specializing in Kickboxing, Boxing & Strength Training, and HIIT/Functional Fitness
She is truly excited to continue her career in changing lives and helping people through the power movement and fitness.

Hi! I’m Christian. I started prioritizing my health at 13, when I weighed 250 lbs. I began working out at home and improving my eating habits. Within a week, I noticed better focus, alertness, and confidence—things I truly needed at the time. That’s when I discovered the life-changing benefits of exercise. I became an Anytime Fitness member in 2016 and still remember how excited I was walking into a gym for the first time.
Since joining the AF North Burnaby team in 2022, I’ve aimed to support our community the same way it supported me—even if it’s just with a smile. I’m currently studying kinesiology at UBC, which explores how movement, sport, and physical activity impact health, performance, and quality of life.

Hi, I’m Valeria. Inspired by my incredibly fit grandfather, I embarked on my fitness journey at the age of 15 and never looked back. My favorite gym exercises include the bench press for developing push strength, the leg press machine to accommodate my bad knee while lifting heavy, and lateral raises to conquer my stubborn shoulders.
I’m passionate about working with people and helping them achieve their fitness goals. Having transformed my own life through fitness, I know firsthand the profound impact it can have on mental health and overall well-being. My advice for beginners is simple yet powerful: believe in yourself and never give up.
And here's a fun fact about me: I have traced my ancestry back to a Roman emperor—not the notorious one, but his brother, who was considered the smart one despite having a physical disability.

I’m a Communication Design student at Emily Carr, and creativity shapes everything I do. I paint, I design, I tell stories and I bring that same mindset into fitness. To me, the gym isn’t just about working out, it’s about creating something: discipline, confidence, strength… your own transformation.
I committed to my fitness journey almost two years ago and have since lost over 90 pounds. That experience changed my life, and now I’m passionate about helping others discover their own strength, in their own way and at their own pace.
I believe in energy, consistency, and showing up even on the hard days. Like Muhammad Ali said, “Don’t count the days. Make the days count.”

Hey! Lucas here. I've been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade and fell in love with health and fitness at a young age. I was meal-prepping and buying supplements around thirteen with the little knowledge I had then. In 2008, I played international soccer in Italy, and in 2012, I ran at the Canadian Olympic Trials in Calgary. In 2018, I won the Vancouver Pro Physique Show and was featured in Muscle Insider magazine. I've played almost every sport, and nothing excites me more than being active and taking on extreme challenges.
I specialize in fat loss, body transformations, and helping people eat holistically. Managing a nutrition store early on gave me knowledge in Ayurvedic and homeopathic methods to heal and nurture the body. I believe health is wealth—when you move, look, and feel better, you're ready to take on life’s challenges. Hi there, my name is Russ your general manager. I am very passionate about health
and wellness with a deep love for athletics. I discovered my love for fitness in high
school while playing sports. Putting the extra effort in the weight room propelled me to different heights, giving me a chance at competing at a high level in the collegiate and semi pro level.
I’m a believer that every day is an opportunity to improve, hence why I fully devote
myself to fitness and I inspire others where I can.
As a coach and athlete, I like to pick up and learn from my surroundings regardless of
demographic, I think we can all share and learn from each other.
With a keen interest in staying physically active and healthy, I also strive to help
others make a change in their personal lives, especially when it comes to mental health.
We don’t necessarily come to the gym to improve our physical selves, but also to work
